neighbortunes > Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is going on here?

A: Well, we've built a site to track Neighbor setlists and show stats.

Q: Why?

A: We thought it would be a fun way to engage our fans and keep track of our shows. Also, we found ourselves with a lot of free time a few months ago...

Q: Did you do this all yourself?

A: No, its a team of people. The site was written, and is maintained, by Adam Scheinberg. He can be found at adamscheinberg.com. It's based on a software system called Songfish. Maya Gans is the visionary of the group and plays a significant role in how good the site looks. Finally, Tim Rusteika is the smartest, funniest, and definitely best looking of the bunch. He not only came up with the idea for the site but has spent countless painstaking hours listening to jams and obsessively tracking all of the setlists. Special thanks to Jason Gucciardo for creating the logo for the site!

Q: Are you done?

A: Almost. We just want you to enjoy what we've all put our heart and soul into. This band brings so much love and joy to the community and we just want to share it with all of you.

Q: How can we reach you if we notice you messed up a note or are having other issues?

A: You can e-mail us at (trusteika at gmail dot com), we'd love to hear from you! Send us notes about your favorite jam, a story you remember from a show, pictures of you at shows or wearing the band's merch! You might even find your story or jam notes featured on our site!

Q: I haven't gotten my account verification e-mail, what do I do?

A: Fear not! There has been some reported instances of people not getting their verification e-mail. If this happens, try to use the "Reset Password" option when logging in. If all else fails please e-mail trusteika at gmail dot com and we will make sure to get your account activated as soon as possible. Bear with us, this is a new site and we are still working out the kinks. Thank you for joining!!!
