Very solid show.  Crowd was smaller than the previous time they played there but locked in.  Great feel in the room and alot of people contributing to a loose, fun evening post Phish show.  It can be difficult to follow up a Phish show.  The small crowd helped.  People weren't distracted or too messed up.  They were there to listen.  The band made the first move in keeping the late night crowds attention.  They started with the powerful Magic Marble Crew.  That is how you tell the patrons let's have some fun.  We will keep it high energy for you. The band slipped into a mellow instrumental version of Elenor Rigby from the jam in Back in Maine.  Then slapped it back up a notch with the interesting Where is My Mind. Chickens was bad daddy.  Very quickly into Pine Tree came Cocaine.  Probably relevant to the evening in NYC.  Who knows.  Lyle got in some buttery bacon early on.  A full band effort to close the song out as Rickie was hammering the keys at points.  Hamma slamma and slipping back into Pine Tree's signature instrumental chorus and the closing lyrics. I enjoy the song He's Not Me.  Then Ulsa to burn right to the last stop.
